No. 9 Hamerkop Cottage

This cottage is situated up near the stables and overlooks the horse paddock and a small dam frequented by various water birds. The land is flat and suitable for children’s ball games. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom, with double bed and en suite bath and toilet is separated from the other 2 by a lounge /dining area. The 2 nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3 rd has 3 single beds with a recess with a 4 th bed. There is also a bath and toilet in this section of the house.
