  • * Children’s bunk beds are Complimentary – No Charge
  • A deposit of one half of the total booking or R500, whichever is the greater, is required. Bookings are held for five days, pending receipt of a deposit.
  • The person in whose name the booking is made is responsible for settling all charges.  Failure of some people in the party to arrive is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
  • All charges will be in accordance with booking the booking form, both in respect of the number of persons booked and the duration of the booking, except that extra guests will be charged for accordingly.
  • No motorbikes allowed.
  • All persons using our facilities do so at their own risk.  For safety reasons children are not allowed on the lake and are not allowed to use company boats, unless accompanied by an adult. Please bring life jackets.
  • We will try to give you the cottage of your choice, but reserve the right to move guests to a similar size cottage should overlapping bookings or maintenance of cottages require it.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings due to labour or unserviceability problems, in which case a full. Refund of the deposit paid, will be made.
  • Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are received by us at least two months before the arrival date, except that a charge equivalent to one day’s hire will be made.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received within two months of the arrival date.
  • No pets are allowed. 
  • All accounts are payable upon arrival.
